You can request account deletion directly in the Churros+ app:
If you can’t access the app, email us at hello@churrosplus.com with the following:
– Full name
– Registered phone/email
– Reason (optional)
Verification: We may ask for a one‑time code or extra info to confirm.
What happens after deletion:
Deletion within 7 working days
Wallet, rewards, vouchers will be forfeited
Refunds only for failed payments
Some data may be kept for compliance
